Pipkin Ranch, a working cattle ranch and legendary waterfowl operation, was founded around 1885 and is located at Big Hill near Winnie, Texas. We have developed and restored one of the largest private wetlands on the Texas Gulf Coast, totaling over 5000 acres of professionally managed waterfowl habitat. Uniquely situated adjacent to the McFaddin Wildlife Refuge and bordered by other large private tracts of land gives our clients the perfect opportunity to enjoy a very successful and exclusive waterfowl hunting experience. Each year thousands of ducks and geese call the Winnie area their home and our staff biologist works with us year-round to ensure that we do our best to manage the habitat to attract and hold a variety of waterfowl and wildlife.
